Myron Moraes is an experienced culinary professional with a solid background in various kitchen roles. Currently serving as Chef De Partie at Wilson Vale since November 2022, Myron previously held the position of Demi Chef De Partie at Dishoom from March to November 2022 and worked as Chef De Partie at Lasan Group from August 2020 to March 2022. Myron began culinary training as an Apprentice at Hyatt Regency from October 2017 to April 2018. Educationally, Myron holds a Master of Arts in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from University College Birmingham, completed in 2022.
