Crystal Murphy JP has extensive experience in operational risk and internal audit management, currently serving as Manager - Operational Risk & Internal Audit at Wilson Security since March 2014. In this role, Crystal coordinates strategic projects that enhance the organization's culture of evidence-based integrated strategic planning. Previously, Crystal worked as an Executive Assistant at ISS Facility Services Australia from May 2008 to March 2014, providing corporate and technical support to the Executive General Manager, and as a Commission Research & Compliance Officer at Mannatech from April 2006 to April 2008, managing key accounts and conducting research to optimize commission results. Crystal holds a Graduate Certificate in Internal Auditing from the Institute of Internal Auditors Australia, a Diploma in Security Studies & Risk Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Movement, Management and Sports Science from the University of Tasmania.
