Jay Shimmens has accumulated extensive experience in sales and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as Builder Sales at Wilson Lighting since April 2023, Jay previously held the position of Regional Sales Manager at SpecChem, LLC from January 2020 to April 2023. Prior roles include Hardscape Outside Sales and Lowe's Account Manager at Midwest Block & Brick between December 2013 and May 2019. Jay's early career includes a Marketing internship with University of Missouri Athletics and an internship with Jefferson City Parks and Recreation in 2012. Academically, Jay earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from William Woods University and possesses a Bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, with secondary education at Helias Catholic High School.
