Nick C. serves as the Chief of Staff at Wilson James since July 2018, providing support to the Chief Executive and focusing on operational efficiency and risk reduction. Prior to this role, Nick C. held various leadership positions in the British Army, including Chief of Staff for British Forces Germany, where oversight was provided for operational aspects of a 250-member organization. Additional experience includes leadership roles at NATO, managing multinational training initiatives, and significant contributions to training design and project management within the British Army. Nick C. has a strong educational background with certificates from the Institute of Directors, Alliance Manchester Business School, and the Chartered Management Institute, complemented by a degree in Modern History from the University of Oxford.
