Michael Goldsmith MSc currently serves as the Client Development Manager at Wilson James since April 2022, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles, including Account Manager and Operations Manager at Interserve from October 2014 to April 2022. Prior to that, Michael held various positions at First Security (Guards) Ltd, including Security Systems Administrator and Security Supervisor, and started as a Control Room Operator at the same company. Additionally, Michael began a career in security as a Security Officer at Reliance Security Services Ltd. Academically, Michael holds a Master's degree in Security and Risk Management from the University of Leicester, as well as diplomas and certifications in Security Management from The Security Institute.
