Jonathan Field has a strong background in operations and supply chain management. Jonathan started their career at Optronics International LLC in 2006, working their way up from Global Supply Chain Manager to Director of Supply Chain. In 2013, they joined Wilson Electronics as the Director of Supply Chain, and later became the Director of Operations. In 2016, they were promoted to Vice President of Operations, and finally, in 2017, they became the Chief Operations Officer at Wilson Electronics.

Jonathan Field attended Utah State University from 2002 to 2006. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Chinese and International Business.
