Russell Garrett, PE, LEED AP is an experienced civil engineer with a strong background in water/wastewater, land development, and business development. Russell held the position of Senior Civil Engineer III at IMEG Corp from September 2021 to March 2023 and previously served as Director of Subsurface Utility Engineering for the Rocky Mountain and West Regions at SurvWest. Additional roles include Senior Project Manager at Maser Consulting, Project Manager at Engineering Service Company, and various leadership positions at Southern Company, Utility Service Group, Mehlburger Brawley, Crafton, Tull and Associates, and Alvin Fairburn and Associates. Russell's educational background includes a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas, a Master of Science in Ecological Engineering & Wetland Science from the University of Oklahoma, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering also from the University of Arkansas, as well as additional postgraduate studies in Environmental Engineering at the University of Colorado.
