Michael Kramer, PE, serves as a Senior Transportation Engineer at Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers and Architects since January 2021, focusing on infrastructure planning and modernization. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Director of Public Works at the City of Gardner, KS, where responsibilities included overseeing the Public Works Department, managing capital improvement projects, and directing utilities operations. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Engineering for the City of Hutchinson, Kansas, and as President of Kramer Engineering, P.A., where Michael managed civil engineering projects and staff.
