Kamiyah Franks began their professional career in 2014 as a Production Assistant at CBS Sports. In 2016, they joined NBC Sports as an Olympic Production Assistant/Runner. Since 2017, they have been working as a National Program Manager at Wilson-Bennett Technology, Inc.

Kamiyah Franks attended Mount Zion High School from 2007 to 2011. Kamiyah then attended Georgia Southern University from 2011 to 2016, where they earned a degree in Studio Art with a focus in Fine/Studio Arts, General.
