Rebecca Abraham, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Wilshire, overseeing HR for a company that advises on nearly $1.3 trillion and manages $84 billion in assets. Prior to this role, Rebecca was Vice President of Human Resources at Aristotle Capital Management, where responsibilities included attracting and developing a diverse talent pool for the firm with over $60 billion in assets under management. Experience also includes roles as Director of Talent & Culture at Revolution Prep, Partner in Divisional Sales at Kopernik Global Investors, and Social Enterprises Program Manager at Nuru International, along with significant contributions to BlackRock as an MBA Summer Associate and foundational roles in the performing arts. Rebecca holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Bard College at Simon's Rock.
