Manon Oskian has held various positions in the past decade. From 2010 to 2011, they were the Production Director at Milkin' Production. From 2011 to 2012, they were the Responsible for Marketing Studies at Canal+. From 2012 to 2013, they were the Business Analyst at International SOS. From 2013 to 2018, they held various roles at International SOS, including Senior Account Director, Senior Business Development Manager, and Business Development Manager. In 2018, they became the Co-Founder & CEO of WILOKI.

Manon Oskian has a diverse educational background. In 2013, they obtained a Digital Innovation for Business Certificate from HEC Paris. Between 2009 and 2013, they earned a Master in Marketing from HEC Paris. From 2007 to 2009, they attended Lycée Notre Dame du Grandchamp, where they completed a Preparatory class for the competitive admission exams to the top French business schools.
