Kelly Shane O'Reilly is a founding partner at Wilner & O'Reilly Immigration Law, an immigration law firm with multiple locations across California, Utah, and Idaho, since August 2003. Prior to this role, O'Reilly served as a senior associate at Reeves & Associates, APLC, overseeing family-based immigration from August 1999 to August 2003. O'Reilly's career began at USCIS as a District Adjudications Officer from August 1997 to August 1999, where responsibilities included adjudicating applications for lawful permanent residency, conducting marriage fraud interviews, and handling naturalization requests. O'Reilly holds a J.D. from the University of La Verne and a B.S. in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
