Stephanie Hillery has extensive experience in digital transformation and user experience within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Experience at Wilmington Trust since November 2018, Stephanie previously held multiple roles at M&T Bank from July 2009 to November 2018, including Digital Strategy and Experience Manager, Senior Product Manager for Online and Mobile Banking, and Lead Business Analyst for Online and Mobile Banking. Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology Management from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business.
