Ken Hartman serves as the CEO of Wilmar since January 2023. Prior to this, Ken held various significant leadership roles, including Vice President and General Manager for North America at ESAB from January 2020 to January 2023, and President at Mac Tools from December 2017 to November 2019. At Mac Tools, Ken led a cross-functional team of 330 associates, developed a successful turnaround strategy, and increased operational margins. Ken's experience also includes roles at Thermo King, where Ken managed a global aftermarket division and improved sales performance significantly. Earlier career milestones comprise positions at Chief Automotive Technologies and Snap On Tools, where Ken directed sales teams and achieved notable growth. Ken holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from McCoy College of Business at Texas State University.
