BJ Phillips serves as the CFO of Wilmar, a private equity-backed automotive tools company, since April 2023. Previously, BJ was CFO at Stanley 1913, overseeing a global consumer products business, and held various leadership roles focused on finance and sales strategy within the company. BJ's career includes experience as a finance consultant and positions at Marchex, where responsibilities included leading international operations and financial planning for a public company, and Washington Mutual, managing FP&A for the home loans division. BJ began a career in finance with Deloitte as an Audit Senior. BJ earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
