Brian Pasternak is currently working as a Field Service Engineer at Wilmac, where they troubleshoot and resolves issues related to voice logging systems and their integration. Brian started working in this position in March 2014. Before this, they worked at D.O.E. Technologies as a Telecom/Field Service Engineer from May 1984 to March 2014. Brian'sduties in this role included installation and maintenance of voice recording solutions by various manufacturers. Brian also handled project management, customer support, system design and integration, vendor coordination, and calculating project costs.

Brian Pasternak completed an Electronic Engineering Technology degree from RETS Electronic Schools in 1984 and completed academic and vocational courses in Residential Electricity and Industrial Electricity at Sun Valley High School in 1982. Brian also completed studies in preparation for a Microsoft Certified Engineer at The CHUBB Institute in 2002. Additionally, they obtained several certifications related to NICE Systems, including Nice Inform 6 in 2014, Nice Recording (NRX) 6.5.8 in 2011, Nice Perform Express (NPX) in 2011, Nice CLS 8.9 in 2006, and Nice Nicelog 8.9 in 2006.
