Joseph Rollins has over two decades of experience in personnel management and recruitment. Currently serving as a Personnel Manager/Recruiter at WillStaff Worldwide since September 2008, Joseph previously held the title of Personnel Manager at BJ's Wholesale Club from January 2006 to September 2008. Earlier career roles include Assistant Manager at Babies R Us and HR Administrative Analyst at IBM. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Journalism from East Carolina University, obtained between 1982 and 1986.
