Emma Dugdale has extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as a Customer Service Trainer at Willows Veterinary Group since May 2017. In this role, Emma has been responsible for creating training systems, designing content for customer service programs, and developing performance management systems for a large staff base. Prior to this position, Emma spent over 16 years at RBS in various capacities, including Leadership Capability Manager, where successful leadership and learning initiatives were developed to enhance business performance. With a strong foundation in both practical training delivery and strategic learning solutions, Emma has consistently contributed to organizational growth and employee development throughout their career. Emma's educational background includes attendance at St Julie's RC High School from 1991 to 1998.
