Pete Preston has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. Pete currently serves as the SVP of Growth at THG Ingenuity, a role they started in January 2022. Prior to this, they were the VP of Sales at THG Ingenuity from November 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining THG Ingenuity, Pete worked at Willo as a Non Executive Director for their PaaS Solution. Pete joined Willo in September 2019 and their tenure with the company is ongoing.

Earlier in their career, Pete worked as a Regional Director at Michael Page from June 2007 to January 2012 and as a Manager at Encore Personnel from September 2004 to June 2007.

Pete Preston attended Oakham School from 1992 to 2000 for their secondary education.
