Andrew Wood started their work experience in 2009 as a Research and Documentation Assistant at Roscom. In 2010, they joined Pareto Law as a Business Development Executive, where they focused on providing sales training and recruiting sales professionals. Andrew held various positions at Pareto Law, including Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, and finally, Business Development Director. In 2020, Andrew co-founded Willo, a video interview and engagement platform, where they served as the Chief Commercial Officer. Additionally, in 2022, they became the Host of The Recruitment Reality Podcast, exploring the challenges in the recruitment environment. Andrew was also a member of Revenue Collective in Manchester from 2020 to 2022.

Andrew Wood attended Loughborough University from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geography. Prior to that, Andrew attended Derby Grammar School, although the specific dates and any degrees or field of study obtained there are unknown.
