Parrish Rowland is a seasoned professional in project management, currently serving as Market Leader and Division Manager at Willmeng Construction, Inc. since June 2019. With a solid background in Job Order Contracting, Parrish specializes in developing and managing various public projects, leveraging extensive experience gained from previous roles including Sr. Project Manager at McCarthy Building Companies and Project Manager at SDB, Inc., where over $20 million in project revenue was managed concurrently. Parrish has also held significant leadership positions such as Vice President at both FCS and Ayers Corporation, overseeing major national projects and expanding business development efforts.
