Justin Nelson is an experienced Project Manager with a demonstrated history in the construction industry. Currently serving as Project Manager at Willmeng Construction, Inc. since July 2020, Justin previously held Project Manager and Project Engineer roles at hardison/downey construction from June 2010 to July 2020. Justin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University, Del E. Webb School of Construction, from 2006 to 2010.
