Rachael McCann Jones, MBA, serves as the Global DEI Solutions Leader at WTW, a position held since March 2005, where the focus is on enhancing diverse, equitable, and inclusive practices within organizations as a core component of business strategy. In previous roles at WTW, Rachael also acted as a Senior Director, leading compliance and inclusion strategies in health and benefits. Prior experience includes a Senior Consultant role at Deloitte Consulting, specializing in health and welfare, and working as a CHMO underwriter at CIGNA Healthcare. Rachael holds an Executive MBA from Villanova School of Business and a BA in Psychology from Stonehill College.
