Raymond Yiu is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in technical records and maintenance management. Currently serving as the Director of Engine Records & Tech Pubs at Willis Lease Finance Corporation, Raymond manages multiple portfolios and focuses on improving record-keeping processes and systems. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Technical Records Systems Solutions and Manager of Technical Records at WLFC, as well as positions in companies such as Atlas Air and Eos Airlines, where responsibilities encompassed maintenance scheduling, quality control, and organizational development. Raymond founded Unique Technical Management LLC to provide consulting services in aviation operations and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering Technology and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
