Caitlyn Rome is an experienced optical insurance and billing professional currently serving as the Optical Insurance and Billing Manager at Williamson Eye Center since October 2018. Prior to this role, Caitlyn held various positions at Ascension Optical from November 2012 to October 2018, including Insurance Billing and Billing Manager, and also worked as Billing Manager at Shenandoah Eye Clinic. Caitlyn's career in the optical field began at Williamson Eye Center as a Front Desk Clerk from May 2008 to November 2012. Caitlyn graduated from Dutchtown High School in 2009.
