Caroline Gatlin serves as the Development & Communication Specialist at Williamson County Children's Advocacy Center since July 2022, following the role of Development & Communication Coordinator. Previously, Caroline held the position of Social Media Manager at Laity Lodge Youth Camp, where collaboration with the HEB Family Foundation communication team involved creating engaging content for social media platforms. Additionally, Caroline directed women's programming, leading approximately 60 college staff members and organizing meetings and discussions. Experience also includes working as an Assistant at Miles of Grace Realty, supporting marketing efforts, and serving as a Research Assistant at Texas A&M University, focusing on the vulnerabilities of incarcerated populations. Caroline holds a BA in Communication with a minor in Business, Social Justice, and Diversity from Texas A&M University.
