Prior roles include Commercial Manager for the Heating category, focusing on commercial opportunities and supplier relationships, and Branch Manager at Williams Trade Supplies Ltd, where Patrick successfully transformed a struggling branch into a thriving operation. Patrick holds a Higher National Diploma in Business and Management from Brighton School of Business and Management, completed between 2013 and 2015.
