Nicole Nadeau is an accomplished design professional currently serving as the Head Design Manager for Decorative Accessories at Pottery Barn within Williams-Sonoma, Inc., since September 2021. Nicole co-founded GOOD GOOD decor, a design consulting firm and online shop, and previously held a Design Manager role at Airbnb, where team management drove the pilot program for Airbnb Plus. Nicole's extensive background includes leadership positions at Bath & Body Works, significantly impacting sales through innovative design strategies, and co-founding KNS Collective, a design think-tank recognized in prestigious design venues. Nicole's design expertise is further demonstrated through roles with prominent brands such as Ralph Lauren and Salvatore Ferragamo, supported by a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from Parsons School of Design.
