Justin Hatch currently serves as the VP of Global Operations at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., a position held since October 2015. Prior to this role, Justin was the Director of Sourcing at West Elm from November 2011 to October 2015 and worked as the General Manager at Old Java between June 2010 and September 2011, focusing on manufacturing and exporting teak wood furniture. Additionally, Justin gained valuable experience as Operations Manager at Four Hands, where responsibilities included global procurement of lifestyle home furnishings from May 2004 to June 2010. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
