Byron Blair is an experienced logistics and operations professional with a strong background in managing supply chain and distribution processes. Currently serving as Logistic & Operations Director U.K. at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. since April 2018 and holding the position of General Manager since January 2014, Byron has demonstrated expertise in overseeing high-quality home furnishings retail operations. Previous roles include Physical Distribution Manager and Operations Manager at L'Oréal, where Byron was responsible for comprehensive management of logistics and P&L. Additional experience encompasses National Operations Manager roles at Kitchen Group and DHL Supply Chain, as well as impactful positions at MFI, where significant cost reductions and operational improvements were achieved. Byron holds an MBA in Business Strategy from the University of South Wales and an HNC in Retail & Marketing from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
