Jim Bailey is a transactional attorney at Williams Mullen, where since September 2013, Jim has focused primarily on senior housing transactions while also assisting clients in private equity, manufacturing, and retail sectors. Previously, Jim served as a campaign manager for J. Randy Forbes in the United States Congress from May 2008 to November 2008. Jim holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Washington and Lee University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Virginia.
