Lynsey Meadows is an experienced customer service professional with a strong background in the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager at Williams Motor Group since November 2018, Lynsey has developed expertise in managing customer relations for BMW MINI services. Prior to this role, Lynsey was a Senior Customer Service Advisor at Swansway Group, where responsibilities included assisting with Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Fiat, and Abarth services. Lynsey also held the position of Service Advisor at Lookers plc from February 2016 to November 2017 and worked as a Customer Experience Manager at William Hill for a decade. Education was completed at St Mary's Catholic School.
