Chris Baines has an extensive work experience in the motorcycle industry. Chris started their career at Chester Motorrad BMW in 2015 as the Head of Business, where they worked until 2022. In 2022, they briefly served as the Managing Director at BROOKBROUGH TRADING COMPANY LIMITED, overseeing Chester KTM, Chester Harley Davidson, and Manchester Harley Davidson. Later that year, they joined Motogb Motorcycles Scooters as the Head of Brand Manager, a role they held until May 2023. Currently, Chris is the Head of Motorcycles at Williams Motor Group, a position they assumed in June 2023.

Chris Baines attended All Saints High School from 1995 to 2000.
