Patricia Andersen has extensive experience in engineering, currently serving as Team Leader and Lead Engineer at Williams International since January 2016. Responsibilities include managing the design and installation of production cells, supporting electrical production processes, and integrating automation in manufacturing. Previous roles encompass senior manufacturing engineer duties, conducting process development and failure analysis, and performing quality audits in aerospace. Patricia also has experience coaching engineering students at Michigan Technological University, has completed mechanical engineering internships at Sandvik, and worked as an office assistant at North Lapeer Recycling. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Master of Science in Engineering with a focus on Engineering Management from Purdue University.
