Michael Bailey has extensive experience in the energy sector, primarily focusing on fossil fuels, oil and gas, and nuclear projects. Since August 2015, Michael serves as Vice President of Operations and previously held the role of Projects Director of Operations at Williams Industrial Services Group, LLC. Additionally, Michael has contributed to Williams Plant Services since June 2015 in Outage Support and has been Site Manager at Williams since February 2013. Earlier positions include Fleet Outage Director at Williams Plant Services (2013-2015) and Site Manager at Day & Zimmermann from May 2010 to February 2013, with a notable role as Site Manager in Monticello, Minnesota.
