Michael Samaniego is a dedicated attorney currently working at Williams Hart Law Firm since June 2022, having previously served as a Tax Controversy Attorney at alliantgroup, where representation of small and medium-sized businesses in tax audits led to significant client benefits. A graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law, Michael earned a Doctor of Law (Cum Laude) and gained practical experience through involvement in the Texas Tech Civil Practice Clinic, several law clerk positions, and a judicial internship with the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Michael taught at KIPP Texas Public Schools in Austin and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from The University of Texas at El Paso.
