Robert Hopes is a Senior Aerodynamics Design Engineer at Williams Racing since March 2017, where responsibilities include the design, development, and management of aerodynamic projects in a wind tunnel environment, as well as researching and implementing technologies to enhance testing facilities. Previous roles include CNC Toolpath Programmer at Williams Racing and CNC Programmer & Operator at Crosby Composites Ltd, with experience in high-precision component manufacturing for the Formula 1 and motorsport industries. Robert Hopes holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Brunel University London, and has a background in various positions that fostered skills in time management, supervision, and technical design.
