Chen-Yen (Joe) Chao is a Junior Mechanical Engineer at Williams Engineering Canada Inc. since July 2018, bringing expertise in mechanical systems and engineering. Previously, Chen-Yen served as a Mechanical Technician in the Republic of China Army, focusing on the M60A3 Patton Tank Turret, where responsibilities included troubleshooting and maintaining various turret components and systems. Chen-Yen holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, a Master's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the National Kaohsiung University of Applied Sciences, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Mechanics from the National Formosa University, as well as an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician from the National Kaohsiung University of Applied Sciences.
