Samantha Miller (Neill), MURP, possesses extensive experience in urban planning and community development, currently serving as Planning Official for Williams County since August 2019, where responsibilities include risk assessment for environmental issues, compliance oversight, and stakeholder engagement. Previous roles include Senior Planner at Williams County, Land Use Planner at Lewis and Clark County, and Training Coordinator at the Neighborhood Development Center, with a strong emphasis on zoning regulations, subdivision reviews, and community-oriented projects. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Minnesota and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Urban Planning and Geography and Cartography from Appalachian State University.
