Rocio Garcia is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in program and technical management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Williams Comfort Products since November 2022, Rocio previously held the position of Program Manager at ElringKlinger for a brief period. Rocio's extensive career includes roles as Technical Program Manager and Operations Superintendent at Dynacast International, as well as a Business Operations Specialist at Bloom Energy. Rocio began the career as an Industrial Engineer and later transitioned to Manufacturing Engineer roles at Beechcraft and Honeywell Aerospace. Rocio holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Chihuahua.
