Elizabeth M. Songowa, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in diverse HR roles. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Williams, Adley & Company-DC, LLP since March 2020, Elizabeth collaborates with executive management to develop HR policies, oversees comprehensive talent management processes, and enhances employee benefits administration. Previously, as Human Resources Manager for the Society for Neuroscience from August 2017 to March 2020, Elizabeth focused on compliance with employment legislation, benefits management, and employee relations. Earlier career experience includes the role of HR Compliance Specialist at Oblon, where Elizabeth managed confidential HR information and maintained compliance with various regulations. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Maryland and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management with a Human Resources Track at the University of Central Florida.
