Juan C. Estrada is an Associate Attorney at William Schwitzer & Associates, PC, since October 2023. Previously, Juan served as a Staff Attorney at the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund from October 2022 to September 2023 and as a Law Clerk at Fried Frank from October 2021 to May 2022. Earlier experience includes positions as a Student Attorney in the Community and Transactional Lawyering Clinic, a Staff Editor for the Rutgers Business Law Review, a Summer Law Clerk at PSEG, and a Judicial Extern in the U.S. District Courts. Juan began the legal career as a Summer Legal Intern at the New Jersey Attorney General's Office and worked as an Environmental Paralegal at Weitz & Luxenberg and as a Paralegal at Bernstein Liebhard LLP. Juan holds a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
