Christine Dilillo is an experienced professional in human resources and training, currently serving as a Corporate Placement Manager/Trainer at William Ryan Homes since August 2021. In this role, Christine collaborates with hiring managers to create effective job postings and descriptions, leads recruitment initiatives at job fairs, and utilizes expertise in Predictive Index to assist in the selection of top talent.
