Kenneth Stephon has extensive experience in banking, currently serving as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of William Penn Bank since July 2018. Prior to this role, Kenneth held various positions including President and Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer, and Sr. Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at William Penn Bank, and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Audubon Savings Bank before its merger with William Penn Bank from October 2013 to July 2018. Kenneth holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rider University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from The College of New Jersey.
