Prashant Phalpher MD, MBA is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in emergency medicine and healthcare leadership. Since 2010, Prashant has held various roles at William Osler Health System, including Staff Physician, Chief of Emergency Department at Brampton Civic Hospital, and President of the Physician Staff Association. Additionally, Prashant serves as Medical Director of Digital Health and has contributed as an Executive Medical Advisor for FirstHx since October 2021. Academic involvement includes positions as an Assistant Clinical Professor at McMaster University and membership on the Senior Medical Advisory Council at Toronto Metropolitan University. Prashant has previously held the role of Emergency Department Lead at Ontario Health. Educational qualifications include an MD from Queen's University and an Executive MBA with a focus on Global Health and Life Sciences from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
