Karen Engl has extensive experience in administrative coordination and recruitment. Currently serving as Administrative Coordinator at William Mattar, P.C. since 2011, Karen transitioned from Legal Assistant to supervising pre-litigation legal assistants before taking on the administrative coordinator role in the Attorney Department. Prior to this, Karen held positions at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, where responsibilities included recruiting financial representatives and facilitating client relations. Additionally, experience as a substitute teacher at Lancaster Middle School and an assistant manager at Ted's Hot Dogs demonstrates strong communication and leadership skills. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in English Education from Buffalo State University.
