Francisco started their career as a Structural Engineer at TAL Projecto, where they designed reinforced concrete, facades, and structural steel projects. Francisco then worked at Bonacci Group as a Senior Structural Engineer and Project Manager, overseeing projects such as the Gibson Island Advanced Water Treatment Plant and the Robina Hospital. Francisco joined Martifer Group as a Project Manager, where they successfully managed various projects, including the construction of a factory and high-profile structural steel projects. Francisco later became the Executive Director of Engineering, Commercial, and Sales, leading negotiations for the 2014 World Cup project.
