Salvatore Fusari is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in transformation and process optimization. Currently serving as Director of HR Transformation & Process Optimization at Demant since June 2022, Fusari previously held multiple roles at Lonza from May 2016 to May 2022, culminating in the position of Associate Director for HRIS, Analytics & Projects. Earlier experience includes various HR roles at RB, beginning as an HR Intern and progressing to HR Generalist for Corporate Functions and UK Sales. Fusari started a career at AGFA Corporation as a Benefits Intern. A graduate of Rutgers University with a BA in Psychology, Fusari has demonstrated a consistent commitment to enhancing HR strategies, processes, and employee relations across diverse organizational functions.
