Kirsten Schmidt has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Director of HR for US Diagnostics and Global Demant Diagnostics at Demant since July 2004. In this role, Kirsten plays a key part in the Danish Demant HR Leadership Team and the Global Strategic HR Forum, focusing on HR strategy and organizational development in collaboration with global management. Prior to this, Kirsten held positions such as Global Program Manager for employee engagement and International HR Business Partner, managing HR activities at the VP level. With previous experience at H. Lundbeck A/S and The Body Shop A/S, Kirsten also has certifications in stress management and a Bachelor's degree in English from Copenhagen Business School.
