Eason Hahm has extensive experience in the healthcare investment banking sector. Eason started their career at William Blair as a Healthcare Investment Banking Analyst from June 2012 to June 2015. Eason then served as a Healthcare Investment Banking Associate at William Blair from June 2015 to June 2016. Later, they joined AbbVie as a Corporate Strategy Office Intern in June 2017 to August 2017. Eason returned to William Blair in August 2018 and held the positions of Healthcare Investment Banking Associate until February 2020 and Healthcare Investment Banking Vice President until February 2023. Currently, they are working at William Blair as the Director of Healthcare Investment Banking since February 2023.

Eason Hahm obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Health Care Management from The Wharton School, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. Prior to their time at Wharton, they attended Harvard University, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biomedical Engineering and East Asian Studies.
